OUR SOLUTIONS
Based on many years of knowledge about Client's processes and certification processes, BIP CyberSec supports the client in implementation and continuous improvement. Regarding the scope of the last years, all maintenance certifications due to reorganizations were successfully completed thanks to BIP, which ensured the continuity of operational and governance activities improved in the client's procedural model.
BIP CyberSec provides support to Client also in document maintenance due to frequent organizational changes, in spreading awareness of BC issues to company's business departements.
In addition, BIP CyberSec provides support in monitoring and analyzing relevant events, anomalies, disruptions, and system malfunctions that have a significant impact on processes within the BCMS perimeter, in order to update and improve the company's business continuity recovery strategies (BC Plan) with the aim of incorporating all adjustments/remediations emerged.
In order to balance employee staffing, BIP CyberSec CyberSec has given direct operational support on working activities.
BIP CyberSec ensures the client's need for continuous improvement and optimization of the BCMS process and supports the maintenance of the certification obtained in compliance with internal policies and sector best practices (i.e. ISO 22301).

OUTCOMES
BIP CyberSec actively contributed to increase awareness, among impacted stakeholders on BC activities (BIA, RA, BCP, Test, monitoring of remediations), of the importance of proper prevention and management of business continuity risks concerning related issues such as Disater Recovery and Resilience.
BIP CyberSec supported the Business Continuity departement not just to reach compliance with regulatory law (Italian and European laws) and internal requirements (corporate policies and procedures), but also in the process of sharing the BCMS methodology to Group controlled companies.
Bip CyberSec supported the client in awareness of critical processes and inherent risks, accruing more effective governance that enabled a sharp decrease in disruptions to client business processes.
